At Michigan SEO, we stand behind the quality of our autoblogging automation services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and our cancellation procedures.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers on monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual plans:

  • Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Applies only to your first purchase with Michigan SEO
  • Full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Access to services will be terminated upon refund processing
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days

3. Lifetime License Policy

Our lifetime license has a different refund policy due to its one-time payment nature:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for lifetime purchases
  • Must demonstrate a good faith effort to use the service
  • Refund may be denied if evidence of abuse or resale is detected
  • No refunds after 14 days from purchase date

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • After the applicable refund period has expired
  • For subscription renewals (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • If your account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • For partial periods of unused service
  • Due to lack of SEO results or ranking improvements (results vary by implementation)
  • For technical issues on your end (hosting, platform compatibility, etc.)
  • If you simply change your mind after the refund period
  • For purchases made more than once (only first purchase eligible)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email contact@michiganseo.net with "Refund Request" in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and email address used for purchase
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Wait for our support team to review and respond within 24-48 hours
  5. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to services until the paid period expires
  • No refunds for unused time in the current billing period
  • Cancel through your account dashboard or contact support
  • Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund period

7. Subscription Renewals

Recurring subscriptions (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, annual) automatically renew unless cancelled. You will be charged at the current rate at time of renewal. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

8. Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If a payment fails:

  • We will attempt to contact you to update payment information
  • Services may be suspended after 7 days of failed payment
  • Account may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination and being banned from future purchases. Please contact our support team before disputing charges.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds outside of our standard policy in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include technical issues on our end that prevent service use, duplicate charges, or other extraordinary situations.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. Policy changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the changes.
